Job Description
Responsibilities
The Director of Pricing and Sales Forecasting will be responsible for all Cable Sports Pricing, Forecasting and Revenue Analysis.
• • Analyze and report sales risks and opportunities by identifying core drivers (e.g. ratings, price, and volume) for each sport on a weekly basis
• Prepare the annual operating budget, quarterly forecasts, long range plan, monthly operational reviews/pacing and other estimates and presentations as required
• Responsible for key sales finance functions including the monthly close
• Work with Strategic Planning in core sales functions:
• Inventory/capacity utilization & analysis
• Cash forecasting / Scatter sales analysis (to determine potential pricing)
• Perform ad hoc analyses on financial impact of schedule changes, program purchases, and program and daypart profitability
• Handle all portfolio ADU for Olympics including tracking, financial transfers and reporting
• Improve depth of existing reporting to provide better analyses. Re-evaluate current reports and models for improved efficiency.

Qualifications/Requirements
• Four year degree (B.A., B.S.) in Accounting, Finance, or related field or relevant experience
• 6+ years of experience in financial management, revenue modeling and analysis
• Accuracy and attention to detail and deadlines
• Excellent organizational skills and proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and independently
• Must work well under time constraints

Desired Characteristics
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Prior Ad Sales Finance experience a plus
