Responsibilities
Role Purpose
As a Digital Sales Planner, you will be responsible for pre and post-sale fulfillment of our cross platform sponsorships as well as managing the day-to-day partner relationships with our vendors to help ensure the sales department hits its revenue goals.

Responsibilities
• Team up with the Digital Sales Director to ensure the digital department workflow is operating at full capacity
• Coordinate all aspects of the pre-sale presentation calendar -
• Work closely with Account Executive to understand agency, client, goals and objectives, while providing solutions.
• Lead in the creation of client campaign material including presentations and post campaign performance reports
• Work with all internal departments (Ad Ops, Marketing, Management, Research, Sales Team, etc.) on the development and implantation of client campaigns

Qualifications/Requirements
• Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum one (1) year of experience at a media company in media sales, experience in a client service role or equivalent
ADDITIONAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be willing to work in Chicago, IL
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States

• A strong ability to perform independently and proactively while working in a team environment.

• Well-organized and attention to detail
