Job Description

Responsibilities:
As an Apple News Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day client relationships to help drive renewal and incremental spend for the NBCU Digital Planning & Monetization team. The Digital Client Manager will oversee the campaign from pitch-to-pay, focusing heavily on creating strategic media plans and recommending campaign optimizations based on clients' KPI's.

You will be a member of a highly motivated and collaborative planning team at NBCUniversal where client relationship-building and satisfaction are keys to a successful candidate.
• Create strategic media plans that meet clients main KPI's and maximizes revenue for the Apple News partnership.
• Work with internal departments such as Product, Marketing and Planning Management, etc. on the creation of successful media plans.
• Work closely with Planning Management to drive media plan efficiencies.
• Collaborate with Sales team to understand clients' goals and objectives in order to deliver on specific campaign objectives.
• Responsible for obtaining legal signature of Insertion Orders and booking campaign in internal system, Operative.
• Responsible for providing clients campaign recommendations to achieve renewal and incremental business.

Lead the monitoring of campaign performance and proactively lead communication to internal Sales team.

Qualifications

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Basic Qualifications
o Four year degree (B.A.,B.S) from an accredited college or university
o Previous experience in digital media planning
• Additional Considerations
o Experience in an order management system such as Operative One
o Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
o Strong organizational skills

• Must be willing to work in Los Angeles
