Responsibilities
Role

This role focuses on the operational function of the creative services department. The traffic manager will manage the build-out process and workflow of delivering creative assets for multiple projects, ensuring that high-priority projects are on-track. The successful candidate will become an overseer of quality control, executing with the highest quality of care, professionalism, and attention to detail on consistent messaging, specifications, etc. for our clients.

You will need to have a keen eye for: - grammar/spelling/syntax - consistency of messaging -
ensuring all necessary legal T&C's are included and referenced correctly - trademarks, registered symbols, logos, addresses are correctly applied, and size/specs as followed.

Responsibilities:
• Traffic and monitor projects through our workflow to meet all deadlines.
• Develop and ensure all files adhere to outlined naming convention and specifications.
• Perform all quality control for the studio, which includes but is not limited to, ensuring that the following occurs:
• All final deliverables are of perfect quality for delivery.
• All files pass control specifications set by Client for the technical and file specifications.
• File names correctly matched to appropriate asset for upload.
• Upload, download assets per directions and specification to multiple platforms so previous experience media asset management systems helpful.
• Work closely with graphic designers, creative team members and external stakeholders to ensure all print and digital deliverables are delivered on time and within the proper file specifications.
• Provide clear communication on timing and planning between internal teams and client.
• Review daily work schedule with Creative managers and Graphic design team.
• Publish a weekly production status report to ensure complete and constant transparency and clarity across all team members of schedules and job status.
• Foresee potential scheduling and delivery conflicts early and proactively proposes solutions for resolution for review by Managers, Director and/or Vice -President.
• Establish efficient workflow processes and assess any bottlenecks to current process.
• Digital Asset management and archiving.
• Ability to help on special projects directed by VP.

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 2 years of experience working in a similar role in a creative agency environment or account management position.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Desired Characteristics

Desired Characteristics:
• At least 2 years of experience working in a similar role in a creative agency environment or account management position
• Technical expertise in Adobe Suite, dropbox, and experience with Frame.IO and Air-table.
• Previous experience in communicating and working with graphic designers and creative counterparts.
• Strong knowledge of graphic design files, and industry standard formats ( JPEG, PDFs, MP4s, etc)
• Proven ability to work on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Big picture mentality with detail focus. Ability to manage all stages of process from design to presentation, routing, servicing, localizing, and billing. Must be a strategic thinker and problem solver.
• Detail-oriented, good follow through, able to multi-¬task, and work well in a fast-¬paced environment. In addition, be able to work as a team player and work well within a large corporate structure.
