Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• In collaboration with US based Creative Advertising, Research, Media and Marketing teams the CS Manager is responsible for gathering territory needs and information. This includes translations, material deadlines and local titles.
• The CS Manager is the day-to-day liaison between our partner creative agencies and studio post-production Teams.
• Responsible for servicing and localisation of all aspects of the creative campaign including online launches/theatrical trailering, creative content, central media buy campaigns, TV spots and digital social content as well as 1 sheets; OOH, FOH and DFOH advertising and other bespoke materials.
• Working on multiple titles simultaneously from creation of local title treatments to sustain AV.
• Responsible for managing the localisation of TV/Social materials through our central order process, as well as working with our central trafficking vendor who handle International broadcast delivery.
• Overseeing the procurement of print production for physical print: 1 sheets
• To ensure all creative production and post-production briefs are met on time and within budget.
• To effectively communicate timelines and status with multiple stakeholders; vendors, markets and Head office.
• Working with multiple teams within the LA based marketing Group to establish parameters of upcoming projects and to esculate potential pinch points.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE/SKILL SET
• Having worked as a Producer/Production Manager, the chosen candidate will be used to working on several projects at once with tight turnaround times.
• Experience managing AV Localisation projects is essential. Print/digital localisation would be an added bonus.
• An exceptional collaborator is required who can manage the needs of multiple stake holders but also work independently when required.
• A problem solver who is is able to adapt to changing plans and keep a cool head.
