Job Description
Responsibilities
The Coordinator, TV Programming DEI will provide administrative support to the SVP and broader department. They will serve as office liaison communicating with internal NBCU divisions as well as external businesses, talent, and the creative community.

Essential Responsibilities

Specific job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• General administrative duties including: answering telephones, scheduling, arranging drive-ons, copying and planning travel arrangements for executives
• Coordinate meetings and maintain files and information for all the department's programs
• Assist in coordinating the logistics and administration of the department's in-front-of & behind-the-camera programs
• Maintain submission log & return materials when appropriate
• Responsible for tracking and processing vendor invoices for department events
• Track in-front-of & behind-the-camera talent
• Assist in daily communication with the creative community
• Provide script coverage
• Screen submissions for programs including Emerging Directors Program, Female Forward, Alternative Directors Program, Writers On The Verge, etc. and provide coverage and feedback
• Attend department walkthroughs and tech runs for showcase events
• Responsible for coordinating and shipping materials (posters, programs, swag, banners, catering, etc)
• Coordinate the ordering of actor headshots and resumes, along with showcase programs and attend callbacks and rehearsals
• Assist in wrangling talent at department events/semifinals/finales for red carpet photos/interviews

Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor's degree
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Minimum 1 year administrative experience
• Experience creating decks, proposals, graphics and reports

Desired Characteristics
• Experience working in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion preferred
• Experience working in Development or Current Programming a plus
• Working relationships with agents, managers, and community organizations encouraged
