Job Description
Responsibilities
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing the day-to-day trade marketing executive needs from meetings, to travel, to expenses to other special projects and executive prep. In addition, this role is also responsible for working with key NBCUniversal stakeholders, internally and externally, to market and increase NBCUniversal Advertising Sales' One Platform through the power of audience engagement & content for both our Agency and Client Partnership teams.

Responsibilities:
• Trade Marketing Leadership Support
• Organize daily meetings, schedule, and priorities for one SVP while handling requests, special projects, etc.
• Manage executive needs from travel and expenses to special projects
• Proactively find solutions among peers and counterparts when driving communications solutions
• Sales Collateral and Materials
• Build and develop platform and audience-driven marketing campaigns that amplify the benefits of content, ad platforms and increases visibility with agencies, clients and partners including sales presentations, trade website/online media kit, sales videos, one-sheets, creative assets, email blasts, etc.
• Internal Communication
• Support inbound marketing requests and liaise with all appropriate internal groups: Ad Sales, Creative Partnerships, Brand Marketing, Research, etc., to facilitate seamless, efficient, and transparent communication.
• Work collaboratively with counterparts across Sales to refine and enhance ad sales communication for the NBCU Platform.
• Results, Reporting and Renewals
• Support pre/post-sell process (e.g., support team in building collateral during the pre-sell process to working on recap presentations for the post-sell process). Work collaboratively with counterparts across Sales to refine and enhance ad sales communication for the NBCU Platform
• Client Experience
• Participate in event management & premium development (content strategy, event ideation, branding, list management & execution) in collaboration with corporate events
• Develop immersive & one-of-a-kind experiences that help build sales relationships and positions NBCU as best-in-class in the marketplace.

Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience with an agency, client, media company, or sales organization background
• Superior Microsoft Excel skills and knowledge of other Microsoft Office programs
• Meticulous with a keen eye for detail
• Must be confident executing leadership's direction in a fast-paced workflow
• Strong organization and project management skills with an ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Exhibit core behaviors (e.g. clear and concise communication, client service, strategic thinking, problem-solving, detail oriented)
• A positive attitude and the ability to work/communicate effectively with different constituents

Requirements:
• Willingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends with short notice
• Must be willing to work at the office in New York, NY.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
