That's where you come in. As the Talent Branding DEI Partnership Coordinator, you'll be our key point of contact to building and maintaining relationships with our multitude of stakeholders. You're always two steps ahead, connecting the dots on internal and external initiatives surrounding the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion space.
• You'll be Talent Acquisitions' go-to person for communicating with internal stakeholders such as Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), Early Careers and Comcast counterparts to inform and educate about opportunities across NBCUniversal.

• You have a knack for curating and nurturing relationships with external partners, especially our community partners within the DEI space such as non-profits, HBCU's, etc.
• You thrive when it comes to creating workflows and streamlining processes. This could be anything from creating meeting cadences with internal teams like Early Careers, from developing email blasts to keep our community partners updated on current openings.
• Creativity is at the heart of what you do. You'll work with your fellow colleagues on the Talent Branding Team to develop compelling marketing materials and campaigns for internal and external communications.
• You are the ultimate connector, and when it comes to company DEI focused events, you'll partner with the TA Team, the Early Careers Team and other internal partners to ensure that logistics are covered and that all necessary stakeholders are looped into our efforts.
• As a member of the Talent Branding Team, you'll collaborate with project teams to ensure that marketing materials are consistent and communicated to our appropriate community partners.
