Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Manage Oxygen multiplatform. Perform daily VOD checks for Oxygen
• Monitor the new Oxygen OTA feed that launches in May
• Assist in communicating Bravo programming changes to Peacock to align with new strategy
• Assist in Bravo Ad Sales Grid process
• Assist in Bravo S Version Material ID overhaul process
• Daily listings checks across Bravo and Oxygen. Send listings flags to team
• Serve as point person for listings, working with metadata and Gracenote teams to ensure accuracy across all platforms
• Manage Compass Metadata process, inputting episodic titles, descriptions, parental ratings, Material IDs, expirations
• Manage movie inventory documents for Bravo, updating on a regular basis, flagging leftover PDs, etc.
• Cross Check movies on a weekly basis to check potential conflicts; build long-term movie calendars for planning purposes
• Assist in Bravo At-A-Glance maintenance for long-range planning purposes
• Flag blacked out titles for Caribbean grid distribution; work with acquisitions on identifying titles on a weekly cadence
• Track promo run usage for Bravo and Oxygen
• Weekly Bravo & Oxygen grid checks
• Ad hoc projects such as creation of slides for presentations, updating documents/dates for long-range planning purposes, ratings research, competition tracking, stunt brainstorms, etc.
• Participate in weekly Bravo and Oxygen Planning meetings that determine strategic scheduling decisions for the short-term schedule
• Assist SVP in calendar, meetings, prepping materials, documents, etc. Coordinate large scale meetings for team

Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor's degree
• 1+ years of prior experience in program scheduling, media planning or network research is preferred.
• Should possess a very strong interest in network scheduling and strategic planning plus a passion for and knowledge of TV & streaming content.
• Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• A resourceful self-starter who wants to learn more, can build strong relationships with peers, independently problem solve, productively multitask, and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Respects and maintains confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
• Collaborative team player who is willing to assist in a variety of tasks across the department and larger organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Must submit an attestation disclosing your COVID-19 vaccination status and, if partially or fully vaccinated, submitting your vaccination record no later than 7 days following commencement of employment.
