Job Description
Responsibilities

The primary function of this role is to assist the Universal Film Group Marketing Finishing department with facilitating timely communication between post-production finishing teams, creative teams, digital teams, and creative vendors in connection with A/V assets for marketing and publicity. At the direction of the Universal Marketing Finishing Team, assesses and distributes finishing memos, generates ISCI codes for mastering and broadcast and coordinates with Media and Trafficking teams on deadlines and deliverables.

Responsibilities Include:
• Manage distribution of Finishing Memos from various internal marketing groups, including but not limited to Brand Marketing, Partnerships and Home Entertainment Marketing
• Align with clients on deadlines and expectations and assist with workload assignments
• Generate and distribute ISCI Codes/Ad-IDs for the purposes of mastering, delivery, trafficking, and archiving
• Coordinate ongoing maintenance of proprietary systems and tools used to generate ISCI Codes/Ad-IDs
• Liaise with Media and Trafficking teams on broadcast rotations, deadlines and deliverables
• Prompt communication with creative teams, post-production and vendors to ensure a smooth workflow

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:
• Proficient in PC/Mac operating systems, office productivity suites, filesharing and collaborative work applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Self-motivated and passionate about Post-Production
• Self-reliant with strong problem-solving skills
• Able to handle a high volume of detail-oriented work in a quick and efficient manner while avoiding shortcuts
• Can quickly re-prioritize concurrent work and processes in response to changing and sometimes-conflicting instructions, needs and deadlines
• Maintain, evaluate and adapt to systems and processes as part of a larger team
• Exercise discretion and communicate succinctly, effectively and tactfully with all levels of management, creative vendors and colleagues
• Maintain and foster good working relationships with internal departments and creative vendors

Additional Requirements:
• Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week

Salary range: $45,000-$55,000
