Job Description
Responsibilities
Role Purpose
The Multiplatform Strategy & Planning Coordinator will assist in managing cross portfolio campaigns across the linear Sports & Entertainment networks, working in tandem with the brand teams and NBCU's sister divisions to support company-wide initiatives. This person must have a keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and pivot quickly on projects as needed.

Responsibilities
• Assist the Manager with cross company campaigns, collaborating with and communicating support back to network planning teams
• Aid in maintaining cross portfolio planning documents
• Enter cross brand initiatives in promo optimization system
• Pull reporting and maintain trackers for linear campaign support across all networks
• Submit requests in asset management databases for company-wide initiatives such as Symphony and Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion campaigns and populate trackers for use by the network planning teams when scheduling
• Develop greensheet strategy with Manager for Sunday Night Football, WWE, and Live from E! programming
• Request in-show elements for live programming including greensheets, scorebars, live promos, and lower-thirds promoting Sports & Entertainment priorities
• Assist with live events by ordering tune-in graphics and helping to determine cross channel promotion within the events themselves
• Administrative support to SVP of Multiplatform Strategy & Planning team, including maintaining team SharePoint, assisting with team technology refreshes, etc.
• Serve as backup on an as needed basis for network planning teams

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in communications, research, film, television or related field
• Excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint
• Comfort with media metrics (Nielsen, AMRLD data) for planning
• Outstanding attention to detail, organizational skills & communication skills
• Excellent quality control abilities
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changes
• Ability to work in multiple timelines concurrently
• Ability to problem solve and find solutions to timely issues
• Self-starter, proactive, resourceful

Eligibility Requirements
• Willingness to work overtime, and on off-hours/weekends with short notice
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States

Desired Characteristics
• Promo Scheduling experience a strong plus
• Knowledge of Programming and On Demand
• Strong interest in promotions, advertising and television
• Passionate about the entertainment industry and pop culture
