Responsibilities
The Multiplatform Scheduling Coordinator will be scheduling and coordinating promotional assets to support linear and non-linear programming. This person will support the overall media planning strategies and help generate brand awareness by ensuring that all priorities for marketing and programming are being efficiently promoted on-air, on demand and other platforms. This person must be skilled in organizing and planning with the ability to hit hard deadlines, troubleshoot and pivot at a moment's notice.
Responsibilities
• Help maximize viewership by strategically planning and scheduling promo campaigns to maximize reach and frequency
• Plan and schedule according to marketing priorities, understand premiere plans, rollout, and stunt strategies
• Utilize and interpret data to inform strategy and schedules
• Assist in outlining campaign deliverables and commissioning promo content, relaying Multiplatform strategy and communicating closely with Production/Creative teams to ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Create all promo campaigns in Airtable, Sintec, and Promo Optimizer systems: promo codes, versions, flight dates, lengths, and revisions, ensuring most up to date and accurate data maintained/swapped as needed.
• Collaborate across multiple teams, staying up to date with everchanging priorities in a fast-paced environment, track schedule changes, creative revisions, etc., and update all respective documents and teams as needed.
• Schedule promos, placeholders across day parts in Sintec including cross channel/symphony priorities, including Peacock, Entertainment, and Sports campaigns
• Adjust promo timings when format changes applied for planned and alt logs, communicating closely with Net Ops
• Communicate closely with counterparts across the Multiplatform Planning team, relaying promo priorities and scheduling nuances
• Provide priority campaigns promo codes for cross network and Symphony inventory on a regular basis via Maestro and SharePoint
• Assist with compiling & reconciling on-air schedules for post campaign analysis; pull post-log reports
• Troubleshoot and problem solve, working with all teams to investigate and resolve format discrepancies, missing promos/tags for scheduling needs
• Co-manage department's Pages and interns
• Facilitate promo changes with Master Control during off hours as needed
Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in communications, research, film, television or related field
• Excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint
• Comfort with media metrics (Nielsen, AMRLD data) for planning
• Outstanding attention to detail, organizational skills & communication skills
• Excellent quality control abilities
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changes
• Ability to work in multiple timelines concurrently
• Ability to problem solve and find solutions to timely issues
• Self-starter, proactive, resourceful
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 at the commencement of employment or adhere to enhanced protocols if Company determines your job position requires accessing an NBCUniversal worksite.
