Job Description
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Ad Sales Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator will help create and manage 360 marketing and partnership materials to ultimately increase sales for NBC Entertainment Primetime programming including The Emmy Awards, American Ninja Warrior, America's Got Talent, Who Do You Think You Are, Million Dollar Island, The Wheel, College Bowl, The National Dog Show, and Broadway Specials, etc. The candidate will work with key NBC Entertainment sales, marketing and operational teams to market, execute and manage integrated partnership campaigns.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Support Managers/Directors in creating, developing and managing sales materials and creative execution, for NBC Primetime partnerships as well as cross-portfolio creative opportunities.
• Create pro-active partnership materials and customized client decks; RFP/proposal support.
• Develop collateral materials to position NBC Entertainment platforms to agencies and advertisers.
• Coordinate and collaborate with clients, marketing, production, technology development, creative, editorial, legal, and product teams to execute partnerships, including agenda setting for meetings, vetting materials for approvals, and drafting/distributing meeting notes and next steps.
• Assist in the development of campaign case studies and wrap-up reports, including clipping assets and developing creative recaps.
• Develop TV360 and digital-first sales packages, including Paid Social partnerships.
• Help create and develop legal integration agreements and contracts in partnership with NBC legal team.
• Manage and organize partnership tracking documents, including pre-sale tracker, post-sale partnership checklists, social calendars, and overall digital asset management (video clips, documents, legal agreements).
• Work with Research to secure advertiser/category specific data for inclusion in proposals.
• Administrative responsibilities as needed including budget management, invoice creation for clients and vendors, and coordinating interdepartmental meetings, etc.

Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:
• College Degree, or equivalent work experience
• 1+ years of experience at an agency, media company, and sales organization or in research, where the individual was responsible for presentation, creative and promotion development.
• Experience or interest in digital and social, both paid and organic creative development and execution.

• Excellent writing skills including presentation development and visual/verbal storytelling with experience presenting to an audience, virtually and in person.
• Experience with the creative development process with key stakeholders (sales, marketing, editorial)
• Experience working with brand advertising and marketing, including familiarity with the development and execution of contests and sweepstakes, digital and social platforms, broadcast, and off channel/experiential
• Knowledge of media marketing, the sales process and media in general
• Thorough proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc. Adobe Photoshop experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with standard research and ability to derive insights from the data
