Responsibilities
Advanced Digital Creative Partnerships at NBCUniversal is a team of collaborative digital experts representing Peacock, The Fandango Network, Apple News, YouTube and Anzu. Our goal is to help our clients engage with high-value audiences by handpicking the very best digital experiences to deliver on business objectives. Advanced Digital is at the forefront of NBCU digital priorities developing our go to market strategies, client specific collateral, and opportunities to work across our entire portfolio.

This position reports directly to the Sr Director, Advanced Digital (West) and will help support the Marketing Managers on the team. The coordinator is responsible for supporting the entire west coast Creative Partnerships team both from a pre and post sales perspective. They will be an instrumental part in assisting with the entire Creative Partnerships process from RFP response down to executing the successful launch of campaigns.

Responsibilities
• Research Lead: Update and maintain research within collateral and internally track it to ensure our materials are up to date; submit custom research requests for new materials as needed
• Team Organization: Take notes during key internal and external calls in addition to maintaining various trackers to keep the team organized
• Communication: Cultivate relationships, gaining trust and respect, and facilitate efficient, transparent communication with internal cross-functional partners: sales, one platform marketing, design, research, product, and content site teams
• Pre-Sales Process: Assist the Marketing Managers in the development of sales programs that are customized to fit specific client objectives; includes brainstorming and liaising with site teams to create compelling sales programs and helping build marketing materials for client proposals
• Visual Storytelling: Weave insights and ideas into compelling, coherent stories using PowerPoint and other desktop design applications
• Post Sales Process: Create and maintain production schedules, track campaign progress, identify action items and facilitate issue resolution for projects, ensuring that timelines and milestones are met for sold campaigns
• Design Liaison: Work with internal and external design resources to create custom design assets and review external submissions for adherence to advertising specs

Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 1-2 years of professional digital experience ideally at an advertising, media agency, media company, or sales organization
• Skilled in PowerPoint and other MS Office programs – Outlook/ Word/ Excel
