Role

The International Promotions Coordinator will support the International Promotions sales team reporting to the Director of International Promotions for Asia Pacific (APAC) & Latin America (LATAM). The ideal candidate will have International experience in the Entertainment Industry working directly with International Theatrical Offices & International Consumer Products teams and has experience working across time zones. This position will have the following essential responsibilities.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Assist with the day-to-day management of Asia Pacific (APAC) and Latin America (LATAM) Brand Promotions to support the release of Universal Pictures titles within the regions.
• Be an active participant in international sales status calls, including taking and circulating call notes, with international theatrical offices, consumer products and/or consumer products agents across multiple areas of the world.
• Work in conjunction with the Director in preparing deals for Senior Management and Filmmaker approval, which includes document preparation, creative timeline clearance, Consumer Products clearance, etc.
• Assist with all promotional administration as required including internal and external reports (pitch list; status), NDAs, promotional agreement forms, contracts, prize fulfilment, and finance invoicing.
• Build relationships with APAC & LATAM Theatrical teams, Consumer Products teams/agents, promotional partners, and all internal stakeholders (i.e., Legal/Compliance/Finance).
• Create, update, and adjust sales decks and leave behinds to be internationally focused.
• Develop sales materials that will be used across the regions including but not limited to case studies, best in class partnership examples and follow-up materials to help secure promotional partners.
• Identifying/Prospecting brands that have audiences we want to reach and creating brand specific, innovative, and impactful ideas/thought starters with which to pitch them.
• Brainstorm incremental business opportunities and pitches for new and existing promotional partners with the opportunity to participate & present alongside the director.
• Schedule and participate in sales/execution creative transition calls.
• As needed create Competitive Reports for tentpole films as well as maintain and update competitive report for regional programs.

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications
• Proficient in computer programs used by team (Keynote, Microsoft Suite, Adobe, etc.)

Eligibility Requirements
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Must submit an attestation disclosing your COVID-19 vaccination status and, if partially or fully vaccinated, submitting your vaccination record no later than 7 days following commencement of employment.
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 at the commencement of employment or must undergo regular COVID-19 testing if Company determines your job position requires accessing an NBCUniversal worksite.

• Knowledge of working with 3rd party promotional brand partners
• Experience working across many different countries, languages, and time zones
• Experience in presentation development
• Proficiency in additional languages a plus
• Working knowledge of Photoshop
