Responsibilities

Throughout their year in the program, Pages build skills, contribute in meaningful ways to the company and grow personally.
In this Coordinator role, you will support many aspects of the Page Program, from helping Pages start their year off successfully to ensuring they feel supported throughout their experience. The ideal candidate must possess strong interpersonal and technical skills, a high degree of professional maturity, and have a passion for developing early career talent.
This role will begin remotely and may change and/or assume certain responsibilities once in-person work resumes.
Page Lifecycle & HR Systems Support
• Provide coordination and support throughout all stages of quarterly Page recruitment, including candidate tracking, communication and scheduling interviews
• Facilitate new hire HR processes for Pages including offer letters and background checks, completing I-9 verifications, and collecting new hire paperwork. Ensure new Pages have appropriate technology and access to perform their work remotely.
• Execute all HR transactions in SAP to support the Page lifecycle, from onboarding through placement or termination
• Onboard Pages in SAP, create Page records in STORM, assist with direct deposit, and process special payments
• Complete termination transactions in SAP for exiting Pages
• Maintain census report and other employee data
• Support transition process for Pages post-Program including maintaining accurate records of Page conversions and exits
• Serve as primary contact for Pages for TimeKeeper to ensure accurate facilitation of payroll
• Serve as expert of and contact for all Page Program policies, including paid time off policy
• Obtain necessary approvals and escalate HR issues and questions to Page Program Team
• Provide admin support for West Coast Page Program as needed
General Program Administrative Support
• Execute monthly billing report for Page Program assignments, which requires knowledge of basic Excel functions (e.g. sum formulas, v-lookup functions, etc.)
• Support Page Program Specialists to facilitate various Page Program processes, including creating surveys and managing data
• Other administrative support for Early Careers team (i,e. setting up team meetings and quarterly All-Page Huddles, Page Learning Labs, etc. )
Page Program Social Media
• Oversee Page Program social media, including formal management of all social media outlets (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, external facing Page Program website)
• Manage Page Program Social Media Pages, including content idea generation and approving copy
HR Generalist Support
• Work closely with and support Ambassadorship Pages throughout first three months of the Program
• Provide coaching and feedback to Ambassadorship Pages to support their learning and development
East Coast Page Office Management (when in-person work resumes)
• Manage distribution, organization, and maintenance of Page uniforms, including coordinating dry cleaning and fittings, managing uniform inventory, and ordering new uniforms
• Manage and maintain the Page Office (office supplies, Facility needs, IT needs, etc.) and inventory of Page Program-branded supplies and materials
• Assist with supply of Page Program-branded supplies and materials
• Work with Page Program Director to process and reconcile all invoices and expenses per Page Program budget
East Coast Page Program Operations (when in-person work resumes)
• Support the scheduling efforts throughout the Page lifecycle, assigning Pages to support the Tour at NBC Studios, audience services, part-time assignments, special events, and company initiatives
• Create and distribute the weekly master schedule for Ambassadorship Pages on the East Coast, while managing necessary changes and updates in real time (including being ''on call'' on weekends, when necessary)
• Manage requests and communicate with business partners to provide and confirm Page services
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required
Minimum 1 year of administrative experience, working extensively with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
Must be willing to work overtime and on weekends as needed
Demonstrated ability to understand, enforce, and effectively convey important policies
