Responsibilities

About the Role:

The Coordinator is responsible for supporting the VP, Global Marketing & Strategy in all aspects of movie marketing, data strategy, analytics, and will work across various functions including creative strategy & research, media, and digital. Will assist in data and analytics projects. Administrative duties will include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and other duties as assigned.

The role is situated in Universal's Global Data Strategy team, which is responsible for delivering analytics-led insights and recommendations on individual movie campaigns, as well as supporting the longer term data strategy & analytics roadmap across Universal Pictures.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Assist VP in data and analytics projects. Work across Global Data Strategy team as needed
• Help analyze film campaign health and basic support of data gathering
• Maintain proper recordkeeping and filing system for all work, including maintaining the team's extensive Google docs / drive
• Manage schedule and coordinate meetings with internal and external parties utilizing multiple calendars, balancing the demands of high-level filmmakers and studio heads, and work with other team assistants to anticipate any problems and conflicts in advance

Qualifications/Requirements
Required
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in analytical or media environment
• Bachelor's degree
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Adobe, and Excel. Plus if candidate has familiarity with Google docs
