Responsibilities
• Maintain cable networks' Extra Avails Report and conduct appropriate, related research, adjusting as warranted
• Serve as backup to Senior Manager for scheduling/coordination of all NBC Network shows and publishing operating conditions for sports, news and live entertainment programming within Compass and Affiliate Partnership Tool applications
• Respond to system-generated (operational tracking tool) s creening reports for Originals and Acquired content, coordinating with team members to capture and request all formatting notes
• Maintain updated program formats for assigned networks within the NETS application
• Track and order all closed captioning, SAP, LAS and VDS needs for acquired and original series, working with Technical Operations to ensure all show files are delivered on time
• Assist the department with all administrative needs by maintaining & updating various files, folders and calendars as needed
• Review and communicate monthly Video-on-Demand material IDs to program scheduling
• Submit all SNAP (accounts payable tool) invoices and update production budget tracker
• Cross-train and become proficient in operational requirements for all NBCUniversal linear networks (NBC, E!, Bravo, Oxygen, USA, SyFy & Uni Kids) in addition to those assigned
• Access and distribute Movie and Series usage reports to designated studio contacts
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in communications, television or internship in related field
• 1+ year experience working in programming or operations
• Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent attention to detail, strong communication & organizational skills
• Ability to multitask
