Job Description

Responsibilities
Reporting to the SVP, Client Partnerships, the Client Partnerships Coordinator will help support the Client Partnerships team by creating, tracking, and managing materials, proposals and presentations for our leading clients across the NBCUniversal portfolio. The position will support the day-to-day activities and partnership between the Client Partnerships, sales, and marketing teams to drive revenue and grow our clients' businesses.
• Work with SVP, Client Partnerships and team to create, develop and manage materials, proposals and presentations
• Support the creation of presentations and assist in the development of reports that will be used for sales leadership. With this responsibility, candidate should be able to independently search out marketplace stories, interesting articles, help with client/category analysis and dissecting internal information that can be translated in documents to guide sales conversations
• Coordinate and collaborate, as needed, with clients, sales, marketing, production, technology development, creative, editorial, legal, and product teams to support the clients' businesses
• Create and manage client/partnerships tracking documents for internal distribution/communication
• Administrative responsibilities, including budget management, as needed
• Candidate should be a self-starter with an interest in learning about the cross portfolio sale and helping the team to discover new audience stories to tell to our biggest clients

Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:
• BA/BS or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience (including internships) at an agency, media company, sales organization or similar organization

Eligibility Requirements
• Must be willing to work in New York, NY
• Willingness to travel and work overtime
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older
