Job Description
Responsibilities
Job Purpose:
Reporting to the SVP, Client Partnerships, the Client Partnerships Coordinator will help support the Client Partnerships team by creating, tracking, and managing materials, proposals and presentations for our leading clients across the NBCUniversal portfolio. The position will support the day-to-day activities and partnership between the Client Partnerships, sales, and marketing teams to drive revenue and grow our clients' businesses.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Work with SVP, Client Partnerships and team to create, develop, and manage materials, proposals and presentations
• Support the creation of presentations and assist in the development of spend reports
• Coordinate and collaborate, as needed, with clients, sales, marketing, research, strategy, creative, and product teams to support the clients' businesses
• Manage external and internal contacts, client communication plans and invite lists with key stakeholders
• Update client overview decks, create executive summaries and build recaps as needed
• Collaborate with other Client Impact Group coordinators in the development and distribution of the weekly newsletter
• Maintain and organize team files in Box and Sharepoint
• Create and manage client/partnerships tracking documents for internal distribution/communication
• Administrative responsibilities, including managing meeting invites and meeting notes

Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:
• BA/BS or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 1 year of experience (including internships) at an agency, media company, sales organization or similar organization

Eligibility Requirements:
• Willingness to travel and work overtime
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older
