Responsibilities
The Coordinator, Audience Development is focused on identifying, growing, and refining high-value audiences across television franchises within various brands. This role will work in concert with the Director of Audience Growth to evaluate success, primarily derived from web traffic across social, web, video, and search channels, and make recommendations to further increase targeted audience engagement and revenue.
Responsibilities:
• Establish working relationships with internal partners to support social, search, video, and editorial content
• Work closely with editorial partners to make strategic recommendations on trends, content, syndication partners, and other opportunities to increase reach, engagement and conversion
• Present and share test results, and make targeted recommendations
• Develop and maintain necessary dashboards for reporting
• Manage syndication partnerships that drive reach, engagement and revenue, and make recommendations to optimize and grow profitability
• Evaluate audience data sets across various platforms and deliver recommendations
• Execute a repeatable test strategy to capture new audiences, drive 1st touch engagement, and profitability
• Create campaign postmortems, monthly scorecards, and quarterly business reports to inform stakeholders, department leads and team members.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree, in business, marketing, or experience in digital content, content marketing, or audience development for brands and publishers
• Expertise or interest in search engine optimization, social media platform optimization and publishing
• Paid media, agency, and audience segmentation experience is a plus
• Strong presentation skills
• This position will be based in LA or NY
• Negotiation, conflict resolution and communication skills
• Experience with analytics platforms Adobe, mParticle, Amplitude, Tableau, Google Analytics, Domo, etcetera is a plus
• Ability to analyze and apply data to improve results
