The Universal Contract Specialist team in Amsterdam is looking for a Contract Specialist to join the team!

Universal Contract Specialists team operates in 3 main offices (L.A, London, Amsterdam) with +200 clients across
EMEA and is responsible for managing the workflow of the TV licenses agreements of NBCU's film and television
content across various media. In addition to advising on particular licensing deals, we also work with the Sales and
Sales Strategy teams in determining the best strategy for maximizing the short and long term revenue potential for
our content, aiming to achieve the narrowest grant of rights possible while retaining the greatest amount of
flexibility for concurrent and future licenses.

We are looking for a candidate with legal & corporate experience with International Television Distribution contract administration expertise. The role will focus on drafting legal documentation and coordinating the execution of contracts as well as providing contract support to all internal department.

As a core member of our contract specialist team, you'll be expected to work autonomously and ensure a
seamless contracting process between our clients and NBCU. We will help you achieve your goals by continuous
professional development and training sessions.

What You Will Do:
• The majority of time will be focused on performing administrative tasks in connection with the issuance of the
legal TV documents (license agreements) using our in-house contracts system SAFE
• You will select appropriate contract templates (short form license agreements. deal memos, amendments,
and any other related legal documents) to address the specific commercial needs
• You will liaise with London and L.A offices on matters pertaining to the TV license agreements.
• You will handle queries from internal/external clients on matters pertaining to the TV licenses agreements and
act as a contract liaison between NBCU's various stakeholders (commercial, legal, compliance, finance etc.)
when contract changes are required
• You will assist with the maintenance of documentation template for the International Television Distribution
contracting process
• Provide (routine) administrative support to the Department in general

Who We're Looking For:
• Minimum 3 years related working experience in an international office environment, preferably in
contract administration
• Highly accurate and strong attention to details for an extended duration at a time
• Able to work independently; effective time management skills; able to perform multiple tasks
concurrently (flexibility); prioritize effectively
• Experience in working with multiple clients across departments and countries (internal/external) and
departments, etc.
• Strong work ethic; professionalism, commitment to quality; initiative & strong self-motivation
• Able to work in a team-oriented environment; willing to assist others as needed
• Have experience in providing clear and concise communications to a variety of diverse business units
• Experience with department procedures and high integrity (e.g., maintaining confidential documents)

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor (HBO) or equivalent
• Strong Microsoft office (Word/Excel/Outlook) skills and experience and affinity in using diverse systems.

• Excellent and accurate oral and written English communication skills
