Job Description
Responsibilities
The Contract Management Coordinator is responsible for i nputting contractual, financial, and programming information of all new content acquisitions for all five networks into Content Management System (CMS).

Responsibilities
• Make necessary contractual and/or financial changes in CMS for all five channels and allocate runs per channel accordingly
• Process reports from CMS related, but not limited, to inventory availability and run usage
• Organize and maintain records of ''Programming Acquisition Notices'' (PAN) sent internally and to both JV's
• Create and maintain a distributor log database, including content submissions, contact information, relevant content offered, purchase history, etc
• Create occasional market ratings reports, including, but not limited to, competitor channel and program launches, premiere initiatives, affiliate initiatives and all other market relevant events
• Screen and review content for possible acquisitions for all five channel brands
• Gather and maintain content feedback from participants (screening club members) of the two JV's on all potential acquisitions

Responsibilities are not limited to the above description and can be modified at any time by the Company.

Qualifications/Requirements
• 2+ years' experience Media, Entertainment or Advertising industries desirable
• Data Entry experience required
• High attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree
• Must possess strong writing and copy-editing skills
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications
• General knowledge of entertainment and movies preferred
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Fully Bilingual (Spanish-English) preferred
• Financial background preferred

Eligibility Requirements:
• Must be willing to work in Miami, FL

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Must be covered by Solutions, NBCU's Alternative Dispute Resolution Program
