Job Description
Responsibilities
• Assisting with the management of NBCUniversal's third party intermediaries ('TPI')(e.g. productions companies, Ad and Affiliate sales agents, custom brokers) to ensure compliance with NBCUniversal's Intermediary Management Guidelines & Processes. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Monitoring the TPI profiles in the Third Party Management System ('TPMS')
• Liaising with global business units to ensure implementation of the TP Management Guidelines and the onboarding, monitoring and periodic refreshes of the TPIs
• Assisting with the completion of TPMS questionnaires
• Reviewing and vetting third-parties & conducting due diligence
• Uploading documents & record keeping
• Obtaining internal approvals
• Monitoring completion of controls and tasks
• Pulling reports
• Assisting with Compliance Check Ins and Audits
• Conducting Code of Conduct TPI training
• Conducting employee training on the TPMS & assisting with user access and queries
• Saving documents and emails, and assisting with creating and maintaining folder systems and processes.
• Gift & Business Entertainment monitoring, reporting & analysis.
• Managing the International Gift & Business Entertainment tracker and Sanctions Watchlist
• Acting as initial point person for NBCU's Speak Up Programme, sending out initial communications to perform triage on new cases.
• Conducting and reviewing background checks on talent, employees, charities, suppliers and business partners.
• Conducting ownership checks.
• Identifying government interactions.
• Assisting with the tracking of sanctioned entities & high risk companies.
• Reviewing external Code of Conducts & vendor on-boarding questionnaires.
• Working closely with the Compliance teams in the UK and U.S, Legal & Business affairs teams, and internal stakeholders in Government Affairs, HR, Finance, Treasury, Tax, Communications and other functions to support Compliance processes.
• Helping to administer periodic updates to NBCUniversal's compliance policies, procedures, training and guidance.
• Supporting Compliance technology initiatives, including review & testing.
• Perform other compliance programme related responsibilities and duties, as needed.

Qualifications
• Eligible to work in the UK
• 2+ years' experience working in a legal support role.
• position requires a professional and motivated person who is a team player and proactively manages open matters.
• Able to prioritise and manage a broad workload and to work to a high professional standard.
• Has flexibility in their approach to work and good interpersonal skills.
• Has excellent drafting and communication skills, great accuracy and attention to detail.
