Responsibilities
Job Purpose:
NBCUniversal Entertainment First Run Syndication is seeking a Clip Clearance Assistant to work with all day to day operations as outlined below for ''The Kelly Clarkson Show.'' This is a Run of Show position.

Location: Remote

Essential Responsibilities:
• Report to the Clip Clearance Supervisor and assist as needed
• Review and process clearance needs, including updating status reports before, during and after episodes tape/air; screen episodes to confirm all elements are cleared.
• Draft, review and track Materials and Clip Releases.
• Proactively clear clips, stills, and other elements which will be included within the TKCS.

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of experience with clip and still clearances
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Demonstrated knowledge of internet research techniques

Eligibility Requirements:
• Willingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends with short notice
• Must be covered by Solutions, NBCU's Alternative Dispute Resolution Program
