Job Description
Responsibilities

The Channel Manager, Digital is responsible for the successful onboarding, implementation, and performance of third-party partners. This person will serve as the point of contact to coordinate, monitor and manage all internal technical and business integration work related to partnership deliverables, sales and profitability commitments. They will be responsible for tracking issues, managing risks, delivering outcomes, and communicating status of channel activities.

Job Duties
• Serve as the primary SportsEngine point person for onboarding, implementation and optimization of channel partners
• Collaborate with sales and customer success departments
• Manage and prioritize multiple initiatives and efforts, including technical and business integration
• Establish clear ownership for project tasks, ensure that team members have the tools needed, and provide timely feedback
• Track progress and review project tasks on an ongoing basis to make certain milestones and deadlines are met appropriately
• Prepare status updates and communicate progress, risks, expectations, timelines, milestones, and other key project metrics to project partners
• Effectively track profit and loss (P&L) objectives of each partner implementation
• Provide ongoing Account support

Qualifications/Requirements
• 3+ years of general business experience in a customer or vendor facing role
• Understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
• Experience in balancing departmental relationships and work streams, with a demonstrated ability to successfully prioritize and manage
• Balanced business/technical background with strong technical aptitude to effectively communicate solutions and strategy with our cross-functional teams and partners

Desired Characteristics
• Past channel or strategic account management experience
• Previous experience within an eCommerce, promotional products or team sales company
• Experience in balancing departmental relationships and work streams, with a demonstrated ability to successfully prioritize and manage
• Strong interpersonal skills including strength in collaboration, consultation and building trust and credibility with involved parties
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
• Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high level of team trust and confidence
• Experience with Salesforce, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office
