Job Description
Responsibilities
The Campaign Lead works across the digital portfolio to streamline communication, organize projects, and develop process solutions to improve operational efficiency. Primary duties will include working with teams both internally and externally across the business for uniformity and to ensure the entire Operations team is working in the most productive manner.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement process solutions to improve operational efficiency
• Establish and maintain documentation
• Track projects and present progress and new process updates in meetings
• Work on initiatives with internal and external teams to assist in promoting the implementation of best practices
• Liaison with Marketing and Integrations teams to test new products based on our trafficking tools' capabilities and produce set up notes
• Performing quality control on the project/process throughout development to maintain the standards expected
• Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project

Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Operations.
• Understanding of marketing KPI's preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the demonstrated ability to take the seed of an idea through launch while prioritizing
• Ability to effectively communicate
• Keen problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Strong verbal/written communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
• Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Eligibility Requirements:
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
• Desire to work in the entertainment media industry which requires availability during
• weekends if we are supporting a live event.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Desired Characteristics
• Excellent client relationship & interpersonal skills
• Prior experience trafficking in an ad server (Google Ad Manager (aka DFP), Freewheel)
• Familiarity with a front-end order management system preferred (Operative.One)
• Fluency in the language of digital media: impressions, CTR, CPMs, eCPMs, etc.
• Fluency in the language of online measurement: uniques, pageviews, visits, referrers, etc.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel (including formulas)
• Basic knowledge of HTML and ActionScript
• Keen problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Strong verbal/written communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
