Job Description
Responsibilities
Marketing Intelligence Specialist

MIS will work directly with the Senior Marketing Manager and Marketing Director to help support and grow the marketing efforts through the instrumentation and governance of data measurement, quantitative and qualitative analysis strategies; and services focused on marketing team requirements.

MIS will be responsible to support the marketing team providing both: Valuable insights of the film industry and its competition, relevant market insights media consumption, tech trends, up-to date knowledge of the latest digital and social media landscapes and techniques, moviegoer consumer journey and behavior, among others.

Key Responsibilities:
• Market Intelligence Taskforce: collaborate proactively with other company areas and supervise the efforts from the marketing side, ensuring data collection and analysis.
• Leads alongside distribution team the data collection and analysis: of the multiple sources of information such as trackings, market research studies, online trailer performance, online insights, MSG, etc.
• Synthesis and communication of findings to the top management and relevant parties with the Opco for timely decision-making processes.
• Develop and enhance existing reporting: responsible for the timely preparation of reports to gather relevant information including the creation of dashboards for internal stakeholders.
• Tracking, measuring, and reporting results on all marketing campaigns including the trailer debut online, to draw learnings for every campaign feeding insights into broader marketing team, and Head Office.
• Coordination of local research studies: exit surveys, focus groups, screening tests, internet panels, A-B tests, etc.
• Supervision and coordination of the key vendors & agencies ensuring the reception of consistent and valuable information.
• Management of the MKT campaigns for the films assigned by the MKT Director.
• AdPub budget administration and control. Management of non media budget from the different marketing disciplines (Media, Publicity, Promotions, In-theatre materials and agency fees). Administration and supervision to maintain a healthy non media budget according to the one assigned. Link to Finance and the regional office to report budget flow and savings.
