Brand Marketing Coordinator (Temporal)

Responsibilities

Essential Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development, adaptation and localization of presentation and sales materials for local and regional needs to secure key partners and licensees. Requires strong proficiency in Keynote & PowerPoint, as well as good translation skills.
• Collaborate with studio and consumer products colleagues in the creation and aggregation of presentation materials in tandem with the teams.
• Manage and maintain the distribution of confidential film assets, strategy, and marketing materials across internal and external partners/stakeholders. Requires utmost discretion.
• Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (meetings agendas, scheduling physical and virtual room preparations, travels, and social events.
• Attend regular team and cross-divisional meetings to relay department updates and aggregate next steps and notes.
• Play a key role in creative brainstorming with direct team on film specific initiatives.
• Work with divisional teams to help track projects and budget via trackers and milestone calendars.
• Manage expense reports submissions and follow ups.
• Organize and give support to all the areas to amplify cross divisional opportunities.
• On an as needed basis, contribute to partner pitches in presentation talking points and delivery for one-off meetings.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
• BA/BS degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing, Communications or related field or experience.
• 2+ years of experience in Marketing Communications and/or Events developing content and implementing campaigns and programs.
• English proficiency. Portuguese a plus.
• Advanced MS Office skills and efficiency in PowerPoint and Keynote

• Strong ability to set priorities and solve problems.
• Manage working under pressure.
• Excellent organization and project management skills.
• Excellent oral written communication and critical thinking skills.
