Responsibilities
As part of the Audience Acquisition & Growth team, the Audience Engagement Manager will work to optimize and grow the Customer Relationship Management and retention programs for Bravo, Oxygen, USA, SYFY & E! across digital and streaming platforms including the brand websites, email and mobile apps.
The role is focused on getting things done in a fast paced, ever changing digital and TV landscape including being in touch with the customer experience, brand business priorities, and content marketing best practices. This is a highly cross-functional role and will require the consummate team player to be successful.
Responsibilities
• Create and maintain data-first marketing campaign and editorial calendars across audience engagement channels including newsletter, email, push notification and text
• Develop and secure assets for editorial and CRM efforts which includes copywriting, image sourcing, writing briefs and working with various marketing & creative teams
• Review proofs and test sends to affirm brand quality & voice and strong user experience
• Partner with marketing, social, digital content teams to identify relevant and compelling content to drive engagement as well as keep them informed of our support for each show
• Gather results from efforts and testing, circulate to stakeholders and ensure to incorporate learnings into future planning
Qualifications
Qualifications/Requirements
• 2-3 years of work experience preferably in content marketing, growth marketing, or email/mobile marketing
• Experience selecting content for email and mobile channels as well as writing/reviewing copy that reflects brand voice
• Proficiency with Microsoft business products (Sharepoint, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and various content management systems/ESPs/project management systems
• Comfortable with enterprise reporting solutions (Domo, Amplitude, Tableau, Excel) and taking action based on data analysis & insights
Desired Characteristics
• Digital marketing experience required. Entertainment experience a plus.

• Experience with CRM and messaging tools (e.g. Iterable, Branch) as well as project management tools (e.g. Airtable)
Additional Requirements:
