UPHE's Digital Distribution group is responsible for managing the studio's Film and TV digital business (Electronic Sell-Through and Video-On-Demand / Premium Video On-Demand). The primary role of the associate will be to support day-to-day initiatives around content from Universal Pictures, Focus Features, Universal's acquisitions team, and from distribution partner studios. Additionally, the associate will help to manage the onboarding of any new studio distribution partners.

The associate will focus on ensuring the integrity of new product releases (managing asset delivery and other deadlines, ensuring assets conform to proper specs, ensuring titles are properly tracked in internal systems), and also assist with title release planning (managing pricing, release schedules, rights, etc.). Will also work closely with internal marketing teams as their point-person for any digital operations or release planning questions.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain internal title management system tracking digital release schedules, rights, and pricing across all platforms - ensuring consistency and integrity of data
• Maintain digital content related title & carriage trackers, programming schedules, offer lists, and other data grids - including both manual and system-generated reports to assist with ongoing licensing/servicing functions
• Reconcile & QC all technical and operational data values available for licensing & servicing content
• Support ad-hoc title specific product plans
• Assist in confirming successful release of new films from an Ops perspective, and address any issues that may present themselves
• Support the on-boarding of new content packages and new distribution partners
• Assist in ongoing communications with marketing & content partner teams as to delivery deadlines, asset and rights issues, and other report-outs as needed
• Support new SKU & offer creation on Universal owned property website
• Take lead on certain Product Team / product management initiatives as assigned
• Assist in ongoing day to day work management as necessary and assigned

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-2 years of prior entertainment and/or Digital Distribution experience preferred
Eligibility Requirements:

Desired Characteristics

• Experience working with content/digital asset management systems to research titles, rights, and related digital assets including digital distribution metadata and artwork

• Strong project planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Be proactive and thoughtful about creating efficiencies throughout process
• High level of proficiency in MS Office applications
• Must be able to multi-task and prioritize tasks
