Responsibilities

Responsible for supporting integration efforts across Ad Sales for all teams under Comcast NBCUniversal with a global remit (NBCU Int'l, Sky, CNBC Int'l). Analyst, Global Sales Strategy, will be supporting the creation of high-level strategies and project planning towards future initiatives, but also helping implement them at the working level with each of the teams. Analyst will interface with business leaders across multiple functions, both inside and outside Ad Sales. We're looking for a dynamic person to bring innovative thinking and strong analytical skills to help grow our business.

Duties/Responsibilities:
• Revenue Planning - Budget/Long-Range Planning: support Finance & Sales with developing sales targets by region/team and manage pacing
• Upfront Strategy: supporting the designing of optimal strategy for driving revenue across NBCU & Sky's key agency partners and clients
• Digital Strategic Initiatives: supporting the full Go-to-Market strategy to monetize our global digital inventory, and support developing project plan for future digital growth in areas such as programmatic & streaming
• Account & Prospecting Analysis: triangulate competitive spend analyses (Kantar/MediaRadar), external marketplace reports (Magna/Deloitte/Pivotal), and internal sales engagement statistics (Salesforce) to predict top global prospects
• Ad-Hoc Sales Support: (1) Work cross-functionally to coordinate and execute all Ad Sales efforts between NBCU and Sky across multiple teams and time zones; (2) Identify new revenue opportunities via internal analytics/market/sales feedback; (3) Perform research on competitive intelligence, benchmarking and trend analytics across the global media landscape to inform our strategy

Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:
• Must possess a passion for problem solving and relationship management, and strong intellectual curiosity
• 2+ years previous relevant work experience; this could include professional services (e.g., consulting, investment banking) or Strategy (sales or product) experience at a large network/publisher/agency
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills (Excel power user)
• Strong PowerPoint skills and proven proficiency summarizing information/analyses into coherent and concise slides
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills; the ability to present results of complex analyses clearly
• Excellent organizational, time and people management skills and the ability to work in groups and independently
• BA/BS require
