Responsibilities
The Affiliate Customer Support Specialist will be the liaison between Uplink Providers and Affiliates for customer support issues and authorizations.
Qualifications/Requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate with Affiliate sales team for decoder authorizations/deauthorization
• Assist with the Inventory Management of existing regional decoders
• New decoder inventory management
• Affiliate technical contact management and maintenance
• Brasil JV liaison for decoder management with Encompass
• Assist in affiliate decoder distribution logistics
• Assist in technical distribution migrations between providers, as necessary
• Assist in new decoder forecasting and acquisitions
• Perform data entry and data management on Medea system
• Provide distribution reports as requested
• Coordination support to affiliate VOD delivery integrations
• Coordinate regional technical surveys
• Work with upper management to establish customer support workflows and procedures

• Self-starter and proactive thinker with an innate curiosity, bias for action
• Strong teamwork mentality to collaborate with internal and external partners
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• College degree preferred; technical degree desirable
• Min 3 years customer support experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Inventory management skills desirable
• Proficiency with Office Suite of tools
• Spanish Proficiency
