Job Description
Responsibilities
The Entertainment Live Events team is responsible for building and growing live event franchises across the NBCU portfolio inclusive of broadcast and cable TV networks (NBC, Bravo, E!, USA), the Peacock streaming service and related digital and social platforms. The team leads and oversees all aspects of planning, production, and content creation for live televised and live-streamed events including major award shows, red carpet pre-shows, fashion and music events, movie premieres, holiday programs, and more. This role provides administrative support to department SVPs and participates in projects and tasks as assigned by the Live Events team.

Responsibilities:
• Answering and screening calls, scheduling, coordinating and maintaining appointments/meetings, maintaining files, booking travel arrangements/reservations, processing expenses, working with building management and IT, and coordinating all other special projects.
• Coordinate and set up internal/external meetings as required by SVPs and Live Events team
• Organize, facilitate, and prioritize communication across departments including Production, Talent, PR, Marketing, Ad Sales, E! News and International.
• Provide on-site assistance to SVPs and Live Events team at event productions as needed
• Create and maintain department documents, calendars, trackers and reports as assigned
• Interact with other support staff members and liaise among colleagues at all levels to execute assignments and represent SVPs and Live Events team in a professional and efficient manner
• Keep schedules on track and anticipate/address the needs of the SVPs
• Create agendas and ensure A/V is prepared in advance of all SVP and Live Events team meetings
• Serve as information source of Live Events projects; responsible for organizing and storing all show and clip links, promos videos, documents, presentations, recap reports, databases, etc.
• Contribute to the day-to-day duties of the Live Events team as a whole in order to better understand the goals of the department
• Maintain and track competitive research and reports
• Collect and stay on top of all post-show links/documents
• Additional responsibilities as required

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree & 1+ years experience assisting in fast-paced, dynamic multimedia environment; Entertainment industry preferred.
• Candidate must be highly organized and proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.

Eligibility Requirements:
• Willingness to work in Los Angeles, CA
• Must be willing to travel and work overtime, and on weekends with short notice
• Must submit an attestation disclosing your COVID-19 vaccination status and, if partially or fully vaccinated, submitting your vaccination record no later than 7 days following commencement of employment.
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 at the commencement of employment or must undergo regular COVID-19 testing if Company determines your job position requires accessing an NBCUniversal worksite.
