Responsibilities
Role
Position provides support to EVP, Creative Advertising, within the Marketing department of Focus Features.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Phone coverage
• Maintain calendar and schedule meetings
• Digital filing
• Travel arrangements
• Expense reports
• Printing materials as necessary
• Maintain daily schedule and flow of the Creative Advertising office
• Liaise with other departments and creative vendors for Creative Advertising issues and requests
• Enter purchase orders in SAP; code and process invoices
• Maintain and organize Creative Exploratory
• Handling NDAs (Non-disclosure agreements)
• Culling competitive campaigns
Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
• Undergraduate degree (degree in marketing or art is preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft programs
• Proficiency with Photoshop/Illustrator/QuickTime a plus
• Previous administrative experience supporting a creative executive in a fast-paced environment
