Responsibilities
Role Purpose
The Administrative Assistant for the Advertising & Marketing Legal Group, will be responsible for administrative support, contract management and generally assisting the group attorneys in all aspects. The candidate must possess strong organization skills with the ability to communicate effectively with the lawyers and their in-house clients.

Job Duties
• Provide administrative assistance and support for General Counsel and group of attorneys
• Answer phones professionally, take messages, maintain calendar and handle scheduling and logistics for meetings
• Arrange travel and accommodations, process travel expenses, prepare expense reports
• Process invoices from outside counsel and others
• Manage contracts; prepare, revise or review agreements, under attorney supervision
• Prepare summaries and indexes of agreements
• Organize and maintain documents in electronic filing systems
• Manage special projects as designated

Qualifications/Requirements
• 1+ years of work experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Must be willing to work in New York, NY
