Responsibilities
Role Purpose:
The ASR, Syndication will be responsible for various aspects of account management while providing timely and accurate information and support to the NBCU Syndication Ad Sales team, management and clients.

Responsibilities:
• Provide post-order maintenance of sold Syndication commercial schedules (including flighting, moves, splits, branding, coordinating of marketing materials)
• Establish strong relationships internally and externally and act as a liaison with agency counterparts
• Partner with internal inventory/planning team to clearing inventory oversell and filling open time
• Communicate changes of commercial schedules including pre-feeds to agency counterparts
• Liaison between internal traffic department and clients on scheduling commercial inventory and resolving traffic discrepancies
• Provide pre- and post-log reporting to clients
• Provide deal delivery updates and coordinate offering and booking ADU as needed
• Identification/resolution of invoice discrepancies and revenue reporting
• Responsible for updates in OnAir and DealMaker for TMYK

Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Eligibility Requirements:
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be willing and able to work overtime, as needed
