Qualifications/Requirements
• Support our Account Executives efforts to drive revenue and deliver unapparelled customer service both internally and with clients
• Execute broadcast and digital campaign entry
• Perform order maintenance throughout campaign flight
• Send a weekly report of pre-empted revenue to account managers
• Work with sales management and Account Executives to come up with creative solutions for pre-empted revenue
• Communicate and confirm all order changes or makegoods to buying agency
• Post out campaigns regularly throughout flight to ensure delivery
• Regularly check coding on TP/high-profile events for accuracy
• Send Pre and Post logs to clients as requested
• Assist traffic with locating instructions and other campaign materials
• Post-flight invoice maintenance, adjustments, edit as necessary
• Coordinate with agency and account managers to resolve any billing discrepancies
• Work closely with various levels of management and staff within marketing, sales, programming, and finance departments
• Complete specialized trackers or other forms required by specific clients
