Responsibilities
Role Purpose

This Producer position oversees the handling of all aspects of sports television and/or video segments.

Responsibilities
• Oversee and handle all aspects of editing of sports television and/or video segments, including, but not limited to, highlight packages, features, bumpers and teases, as well as cueing shots and properly securing footage to be used in such segments
• Manage and direct the maintenance and organization of sports television and/or video graphics, including the 'look' and information contained in such graphics, and overseeing day-to-day work of PAs or other production personnel tasked with creating and modifying such graphics
• Work closely with on-air talent, and edit footage from talent auditions and rehearsals
• Organize and direct tape room for sports shows and programs as needed
• Assist and/or lead in the hiring and assignment of various television and/or digital production personnel
• Continue to develop skill sets needed to regularly and independently take on other positions in sports production, including Producing and Associate Director work when assigned
• Help oversee and handle remote live event on-air production
• Regularly generate and distribute story and show ideas for all shows and platforms

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications
• Minimum seven (7) years' experience in sports production
• Minimum five (5) years' experience in field production
• Bachelor's Degree
• Must be willing to travel extensively

• Must be willing to work in Stamford, CT
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older
