Responsibilities
Role Purpose
The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to Chairman, NBC Sports and EVP, Business Operations.

Responsibilities
• Provide assistance to two NBC Sports executives, Chairman, NBC Sports and EVP, Business Operations.
• Heavy and complex travel and expense management
• Handle heavy telephone and email contact with all levels of internal and external executive management & employees
• Handle and coordinate confidential information with great detail and due care
• Meeting preparation including coordinating complicated calendars, drafting and/or formatting of documents and presentations,
• Coordinating ad hoc projects and planning events as assigned
• Manage Executive Office interns
• General administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Minimum two (2) years administrative and general office experience
• Proficiency across Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).

Additional Qualifications
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills needed
• Must be a team player
• Ability to professionally handle confidential information, interact with high-level executives and high-profile figures, and successfully coordinate with key internal and external leaders in the industry
• Solid writing and organization skills
• Must be detail-oriented and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to prioritize, managing work volume and work under pressure to meet deadlines,
• Occasional business travel for certain sporting events, when assigned

• Must be willing to work in Stamford, CT
