Responsibilities
• Support Account Executives and larger sales team with pre and post cross-platform sales efforts
• Serve as main point of contact for all campaign-related issues, including order entry
• Proactively identify and minimize potential problems throughout campaign and find solutions
• Assist in renewal of campaigns
• Work with cross-functional teams to manage deadlines & presentation development
• Introduce phases of project execution, next steps and timelines
• Monitor campaign delivery across digital and linear platforms and recap, compile, and summarize multi-platform campaign posts; screen-grabs, linear and digital posts, pull delivery pacing reports, etc.
• Master key software applications needed to effectively manage various accounts
• Coordinate the planning, implementing, and status reporting of all phase of projects
Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year in sales or sale support
• Preferred experience in marketing or project management experience
• Must be proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel

• Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail– must possess ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects across multiple points of contact
• Previous professional experience in television production, digital media, ad sales or marketing
• Proficiency in Photoshop
• Have strong desire for Sales as a career path
• Good knowledge of sports in general
• Understanding of digital inventory, pricing and ad ops workflow
• Superior written and oral communication skills
