Job Description
Responsibilities
• Prepare and process corporate expense reports and reconciliations in accordance with Company policy guidelines; process vendor invoices.
• Prepare for presentations as directed, including preparation of both electronic and hard copy files; coordinate audio/visual needs for critical meetings.
• Manage administrative and coordination aspects of special projects as designated including planning and organizing internal events.
• Process and track Talent expense reimbursements.
• Develop and maintain a variety of department trackers.
• Financial tracking of all on-air Talent payments.
• Work with Legal, Talent, Finance, HR Production and Programming Departments as issues arise.
• Work closely with Finance with processing invoices & coding.
• Maintain records of legal documents for Talent department.
• Keep production calendars up to date.
• Work with our payroll team to provide accurate and timely data for weekly payroll process.
• Manage Talent onboarding process for all new hires.

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 year of experience working in a corporate environment.
• College degree and/or equivalent work experience required.
• Expertise in Microsoft programs including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

• Must be willing to work in Stamford, CT.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.

• Previous experience performing administrative assistant responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including a professional phone manner and in-person presence; experience as a team player; and ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with other individuals across the company.
• Excellent attention to detail and willingness to take initiative; problem-solver and self-starter who is organized and able to work without close supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to assume greater responsibility as circumstances dictate.
• Demonstrated ability to be flexible in a rapidly changing business environment.
• Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
• Demonstrated ability to work with all levels of employees and management, and willingness to give assistance to co-workers in other areas.
