Part-Time Assistant HUB Coordinator - NBC Sports Bay Area
Responsibilities
PLEASE NOTE: This is a project / limited term position with an estimated duration of up to 12 months, unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed.
NBC Sports Bay Area is looking for a part-time, temporary HUB Coordinator Assistant. Responsibilities include:
• Schedule and manage ingest recordings and remote production feeds for ingest into media storage
• Daily management and quality control of all incoming and outgoing video content
• Responsible for pre-planning and last-minute ingest records according to network needs
• Point-of-contact for internal and external footage requests
• Work cross-functionally with News, Operations, Engineering, Marketing, Web and Social for department needs
Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications
*2+ years in office management
*Strong organizational skills
*Ability to meet meet strict deadlines
