Responsibilities
This is a short-term position unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed.
• Work with Post Supervisors to create and organize edit projects
• Restore archived media
• Troubleshoot offline media issues
• Facilitate graphic requests
• Create screeners
• Assist with episode delivery, meeting client's technical guidelines
• Complete music cue sheets
• Work with Post Supervisors to ensure shows are archived and media is deleted
• Assist with the creation and delivery of promo material
Qualifications/Requirements
• Entry-level knowledge of Airtable, Google Sheets, Avid,
video formats, basic post workflows and organization.
Additional Requirements
• Must be willing and able to work weekends, flexible
hours, under tight deadline pressure, including breaking
news
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the
United States
• Must submit an attestation disclosing your COVID-19
vaccination status and, if partially or fully vaccinated,
submitting your vaccination record no later than 7 days
following commencement of employment.
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 at the
commencement of employment or must undergo regular
COVID-19 testing if Company determines your job position requires accessing an NBCUniversal worksite.
• Must be willing to adhere to all Company COVID-19 workplace safety policies and protocols.
