Is this the role for you?
The Franchise Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role supporting the Senior Franchise Manager within the EMEA Franchise Management team, part of the ViacomCBS Consumer Products division. The role focusses on the day-to-day franchise management and marketing responsibilities for key portfolio priorities including pre-school powerhouses like PAW Patrol, Blues Clues & You & Baby Shark; multi-generational brands including SpongeBob SquarePants, Star Trek and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and a vast adult portfolio including MTV, South Park, Paramount Pictures, and CBS.
The role will be a key support in development and/or communication of franchise plans, marketing initiatives and assets, sales tools development, tracking brand performance and best practice sharing that supports local sales teams and cross functional partners to drive franchise growth across the region.
What will you be doing?
• Support Senior Franchise Manager & Franchise Director in development of regional franchise plans
• Help with development and execution or sharing of consumer marketing initiatives and assets, partnering with cross divisional and local teams to maximise integrations
• Develop creative briefs for internal or external agencies as required to support specific franchise marketing initiatives
• Coordinate the creation of post campaign analysis reports where required to track ROI
• Prepare regional sales materials including brand presentations, market calendars, sizzles, best practices, and newsletters to disseminate across local markets
• Coordinate and collate information around brand performance for input into regional franchise trackers
• Help monitor brand health and assist in research projects, including monitoring of trends, competitors & best practices for input into development of franchise strategies/priorities
• Coordinate WAC (walk around character) asks with Global teams and logistics for shipping across EMEA markets
• Ensure regular info sharing/communications flow with the Global Franchise Planning team and cross divisionally
• Responsible for assembling meeting agendas, recapping meetings, and communicating notes to teams
• Managing day to day enquiries e.g. content information, asset requests etc
What are we looking for?
• Proven experience as a coordinator in a busy team essential – either in brand/marketing, franchise strategy, entertainment, licensing, or related field
• Technical skills – Office essentials including PowerPoint, Excel, Word. Ideally literate in Adobe suite, Photoshop/Illustrator a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to be flexible, juggle priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and build relationships across an organisation
• Proactive with the ability to work independently
