Primary Responsibilities include:

Business Partnership

Primary Financial Business Partner to Commercial and FP&A teams, Head of Production and other members of the Production & Operations teams

Financial Control and Analysis
• Leadership of Regional Project Controllers and Analysts
• Primary owner of Project P&L's and Project Controlling
• Support the Producers, EPs, Head of Production and MD on the profitability of each Project and provide insight into opportunities and risks.
• Attend weekly production project tracking meetings, produce and maintain the required reporting.
• Liaising with Operations (Scheduling) department on a weekly basis and attendance of weekly Operations meeting
• Perform cost analysis of bids and Projects using systems including CETA & BI Tools
• Perform weekly confirmed revenue forecasting, generate and maintain reporting and update the BI tool.
• Generate our monthly Revenue adhering to the revenue recognition policies including WIP analysis for GBS and Ceta upload as part of our month end close.
• Various monthly reporting of revenue by client, project, channel, department, sector and country
• Investigative and pro-active approach to project revenue analysis, i.e. ongoing focus on correct revenue recognition followed by timely and accurate billing of each project (reducing WIP accounting to minimum)
• Support FP&A with weekly and Monthly pipeline analysis
• Review month reconciliation of Ceta Billings to SAP
• Identify, capture, and report on critical project metrics and KPIs
• Review live action production costs & provide variance analysis against budget
• Work with global CETA team to address, solve, and improve any system-related issues.
• Maintain paperwork and project information for audit needs.
• Oversee billings, project closing and cash collection.
• Liaising with business on a regular basis to ensure correctness of data flow from Ceta (ensuring correctness of rate card items assigned to appropriate departments and completeness of data) as well as SAP
• Liaising with Operations (Scheduling) department on a weekly basis and attendance of weekly Operations meeting
• Ad hoc reporting requests from Commercial Finance and Production team members.
• Bi-annual and ad-hoc audit deliverables preparation and audit assistance Finance accounting and Control.
• Update BI with weekly confirmed revenue
• Ongoing development of the existing reporting and toolsets to drive efficiencies and create better control processes

Business Transformation
• Partner with Commercial Finance/FP&A teams to modernize processes through digital finance transformation
• Work closely with the Finance Systems and Internal Control teams to ensure the design and effectiveness of systems, processes and controls provides a strong and robust environment

Qualifications
• 3-5 years' experience in relevant finance and / or strategy role
• Knowledge of complex revenue recognition and models
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Sumifs etc.) and ability to create and work in complex financial models
• Knowledge of Ceta essential, knowledge of Replicon, BI, Hub-Spot desired
• Possesses critical thinking and decision-making, analytical problem solving and process orientation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in an entrepreneurial work environment
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, and adapt at prioritization and time management
• Strong written and oral communication skills, ensuring clarity of messages, ideas and facts.
• Thrives making decisions in fast-paced environments with new developments introduced regularly
• Ability to execute against multiple project deadlines, while managing stakeholder expectations and maintaining a high quality of output
• Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement
