• Participate in client-facing efforts to enthuse our partners and consolidate planning and efforts
• Report directly to Global Head of Creative to communicate progress and status, and help shape the business
• Work with production to map technology roadmaps to show requirements
• Work closely with a creative-side technologist on Proof of Concept and proposals and with the software-side leadership on implementation
• Provide reliable and clear communication to bridge the creative and technology efforts
• Mentor and enthuse their team, and engage with shows to balance the workload and points of delivery around a roadmap they will contribute to

• 2 years of that experience in a leadership position

• A calm head under pressure, and the ability to multi-task, with a focus on keeping their team effective, collaborators informed, and clients well appraised
• A coherent vision for workflow and efficiency and the ability to evangelize around it
• Communicate clearly, assertively, and respectfully across a wide range of competences and positions; both within the team and its close collaborators, as well as with business, creative and technology leadership
