Executive Producer / Business Development

This role is responsible for business development and growth of all that MPC NY has to offer.

What you'll do:
• Work closely with our team to identify and access opportunities for all departments.
• Coordinate the offer closely with related product services across the business i.e. link it to the core business.
• Work with the Senior Management team to help define the studio business plan and resourcing model.
• Focus on direct with brand engagement where possible and appropriate.
• Identify and engage the appropriate creative and technical teams to execute against client briefs, including a scalable team management provision.
• Deliver on budgeted EBITDA targets set for the NY studio.
• Provide accurate financial reporting on individual projects and forecasting for the department.
• Identify industry trends to support the development of MPC related products, proprietary tools and technology solutions, for our clients (agency and direct-with-brands).
• Contribute to related industry events and publications as an advocate and thought-leader.

Qualifications

Essentials
• Proven track record of driving new business in this sector.
• Ability to manage a creative/tech/production team in a similar industry or agency environment.

Technical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both internally and client-facing
• Skilled at working effectively with multi-discipline teams

Experience
• 5+ years experience with VFX disciplines and business development success in the Advertising space.
