The Job
Monolith Productions, a division of Warner Bros. Discovery, seeks a World Designer to work closely with the Design, Art, and Production staff to create and maintain high quality game spaces. This role will focus on designing layouts, creating architecture and modular assets, as well as the implementation and editing of world content to create beautiful spaces that support the game mechanics.

The Daily
• Work with designers and artists to layout and populate compelling game spaces using proprietary tools and industry standard software.
• Design and create proxy assets for world population and gameplay blockouts.
• Work within established level design metrics and be able to resolve design, performance, and gameplay issues.
• Help keep documentation updated, including descriptions of intended gameplay experience, workflows, and maps highlighting locations and focal points.

The Essentials
• Experience working as a World Designer or similar content creation.
• Strong composition, layout design skills, and understanding of architectural elements.
• Strong understanding and experience with 3D modeling software (preferably Max or Maya).
• Proficient at identifying and supporting gameplay needs and constraints.
• Comfortable with iteration based on multidisciplinary feedback.
• Excellent organization, collaboration, and communication skills.

The Nice to Haves
• Ability to setup and debug dynamic content (scripting experience a plus).
• An appreciation for nature and natural rock formations.
• Passion for games and game development.
• Familiarity with the Wonder Woman IP.
