Overview

Summary Performing services and all related activities associated with the Brewers affiliate and spring training facility clubhouse in accordance with the practices of the Milwaukee Brewers and Minor League Baseball. Also, completes basic cleaning tasks and assists day to day upkeep of the clubhouse, as well as assisting players, coaches & staff, among other tasks and responsibilities.

• Assist with maintaining clean, organized clubhouses. This includes passing out clean laundry, picking up dirty laundry, straightening lockers, assisting players with various requests, stocking supplies, cleaning of all clubhouse/locker/training room/fitness room/conference room/kitchen-areas, and other duties, as assigned.
• Meet all health and safety standards and compliance in the clubhouse.
• Assists with shipments of team equipment to all locations (Milwaukee, Dominican Republic, and affiliates) per Minor League Clubhouse Manager's instructions.
• Assists with documents and deliveries of all incoming and outgoing packages and mail for entire Milwaukee Brewers Spring Training complex.
• Assist in the setup and break down of equipment on minor league fields for both practices and games.
• Assist with field, dugout, batting cage, bullpen cleanup after each practice/game.
• Provide general support and fulfill baseball related requests from staff and players.
• Provide a positive, professional work environment to all players and staff.

• Provide general support and fulfill baseball related requests from staff and players.
• Provide a positive, professional work environment to all players and staff.

Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
• Ability to multi-task
• Must be organized and detail oriented.

Education and/or Experience
One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer Skills

To perform the job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.

Language Skills

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public. Spanish speaking preferred.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Work Hours

Hours vary according to the game and practice schedule. Availability to work extended spring training (April-May) and/or Arizona League (June-August) is highly preferred.
